The Principle of Stab Resistance

Saintfabric ® fibers Patent No.ZL20181048195.2

The Saintfabric ® fibers are randomly arranged and intertwined to form a tight and irregular web structure, and then the layers of the web structure are overlapped, so the point of a knife is bound and blocked by the layers of fiber during the penetration process, unable to push away all the filaments to penetrate the wearer’s body smoothly

In the research and development of Sanitfabric® ,our technical team adjusts the yarn density, yarn gram and yarn count to achieve the final Sanitfabric® fabric. And Our product can reach EN388:cut-resistant level5( the best); Tear resistance level 4(the best);Puncture level 4(the best), which can significantly reduce cutting injury of chopping knife, chopper, fruit knife in our daily life, also in the working life such as mold processing, logging processing, glass processing, etc. Lower cut level or Higher are available.Depend on the high performance of the patent SanitFabirc®, we apply it to more special protection areas, such as Anti-cut safety gloves with high cut resistant level without glassfiber, Anti-cut apron with wide application in commercial and industrial area, Anti-stab clothes used in daliy life, etc.

Performance: 2 times of Delta A6 anti-cutting level 5, anti-stabbing ,

Within the same order of performance to achieve comfortable and breathable ceiling,
